I started Love For You around 12 mn today! Song Weilong and Zhang Jingyi are the stars and so far so good. Although, I'm only on episode 2. So far it's... drama. HUHUHUHUHU without giving anything away, I feel so sad for their characters. That is one unhealthy childhood huhuhu

ANYWAYYYYYY, my best reads for August are Jawbone and Fruit Fly! I loved those 2 so much! My only 1-star read was Lift Me Up. It was so.. meh.

Okay omg so I got back to watching Cdramas this year. So far, I was able to finish Shine on Me (LOOOOOOOOOVE), Our Generation (so-so), and most recently - LOVE BETWEEN LINES GAAAAAAHHHHHHH! I'm not attracted to the male lead but the story was so cute and light - I LOOOOOVED IT. Actually.. the cdramas I loved the most, I'm not attracted to the lead actor (Hidden Love, Lighter and Princess, and now Love Between Lines) I LIKED THE FEMALE LEAD (same with Hidden Love and Lighter and Princess) THOUGH! She's such a cutie patootie and her character wasn't overbearing and trying too hard to be cute. It's the perfect balance of cutie patootie and charming!

Besides Dylan Wang (my OG Chinese bae), his face was the face I enjoyed the most in Only for Love (this cdrama sucked so bad, I am still gritting my teeth thinking about it) Legit saving grace lang face nila Dylan Wang and Miles Wei. ANYWAYYYYYY, Perfect and Casual is HILARIOUS! I'm just on episode 15 pero ang funny talaga! Nakuha yung kiliti kooooo! Tas cute pa si Miles Wei and the female lead!
Anyway, I haven't been neglecting my reading goals, though. Omg maybe I did (A BIT????) I'm only on my 4th book for the month. But omg I will finish 10 novels this month. I will!

Omg. I finished Shine on Me today! After the very long (almost 1 year!!!!!) cdrama slump - I AM BACK! It was so cute! I love love!!!!! Plus, the plot wasn't drama-heavy so chill chill lang. I can't talaga muna with a heavy plot since the past books I've read were kind of heavy and disturbing (like Creep) haha.
AND HELLO OMG SONG WEILONG??????????? THAT 6-FEET TALL OF GORGEOUSNESS! He is so handsome! So, there was a scene I, the first time I watched it I squealed like a fucking psycho. SOBRANG KILIG OKAY ANG POGI NYA!!!!

Okay, so my reading "slump" is semi-cured. I finished Creep today and gave it 3/5 stars. It was so.. disturbing in the sense that I'm cringing so hard for the protagonist. Like.. "Omg dude wtf whhhhy?" But it was a good read!
Anyway, after months, and I mean months, of not finishing any kdrama and cdrama (bitch, I was in a slump. I started like 7 different k and cdramas but I found it so hard to commit) I started Shine on Me starring Song Weilong (MY VERY POGI KABIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!! But born on 1999. He's so HANDSOME!!!! There were a lot scenes where I was squealing because bitch the face card!!!) and Zhao Jinmai who I loved in Amidst A Snowstorm of Love. So far, it's chill and I'm loving it. I don't want to watch anything heavy right now. It's 36 episodes and I'm just on episode 5 but goooosh can't wait for more Song Weilong scenes GAAAAHHHHHHHH
I'm also updated with JJK season 3 and episode 3 showed Choso's cuteness A LOT HUHUHUHUHU Grabe can I just say ha, Yuta and Choso were already part of my Top 5 faves before season 3 HUHUHUHUHUHU and they're oozing with aura and cuteness these past 3 episodes. I CAN'T WAIT FOR MOOOOOOORE. JJK is also the Top 1 series on Netflix (Philippines) right now.. so it's kinda telling how amazing it is HUHUHUHUHUHU

After Hidden Love, my second favorite is Lighter and Princess!!!!!!!!!!! The guy is such a freaaaaaaking red flag but I'm so drawn to the story!!!! I think kasi medj revenge?? And I like revenge stories! +++++++++++ the female lead is such a cutie pie!!
Besides c-dramas I'm also watching Going Seventeen episodes. Medj kagulo kasi ang dami nila but such cutiiiiiies! I like Dino and Dokyeom a lot (AS A NOONA HAHHAHAHAHHAHA) as in sakanila ako tawang tawa ahuhuhuhuhu cuties!
Hmmm what else what else. Anyway, I had a sesh with Dra. Mariano last month and she recommended that I go back to CBT. She emphasized it but omg i have such bad memory i forgot to schedule it so.... I'm going to my first (re-)sesh tomorrow. Hay i'm just so lost in life i don't know what to do. But i'm really blessed and thankful that i have such supportive parents.

A few days ago, out of boredom, I started and finished my first C-drama called, "When I Fly Towards You" I liked it because it was so light! Like, super chill.
Then yesterday, I finished my 2nd C-drama called, "Hidden Love" AND OMG THE SOFTIE IN ME LOVES IT SO MUCH!!!!! The male lead looks like a budget version of Chanyeol but he acts so well! His subtle expressions are so believable! Like when he acts shocked or surprised or confused, it doesn't seem like he's acting at all! It looks so natural! PLUS his chemistry with the female lead is SUPERB!
I think I like it a lot because it's a "she fell first but he fell harder" trope and I'm a sucker for those! PLUS PLUS long unrequited love. I was talking to Jodie and I told her that maybe in stories (and life HAHAHAHA) i like the chase and the build up because I get really bored when the characters finally get together and become a couple. Like in When I Fly Towards You, I was fast forwarding the episodes ever since they got together. Idk. In real life, I stop liking people once I'm close with them. PERO YOONGI DON'T WORRY DI AKO MAGSASAWA MAHALIN KA FOREVER AHUHUHUHUHUHU HAHHAHHAHAHA ANYWAY GOING BACK, I think the chemistry and the acting was so good in Hidden Love!!!!! I rarely fast forwarded episodes!!!!!!!
