What a Friday! Grabe. So, we went to Fisher Mall to look at this printing shop but we ended up not ordering or buying anything because it was so meh. On a normal day, Fisher Mall is like 25-ish to 30 minutes (worst!) away from Mezza but today it took us like 1 1/2 hours to reach Mezza! I was so close to peeing myself in the car! The holiday rush is so wild! I have plans on the 20th and the 21st but ughhh omg I hope it works out.
ANYWAY, before that, we went to RobMag because, well, go-to mall. My mom was adamant to buy 200 grams (??) of coffee White Rabbit from Aji Ichiban so okay we went. BUT MOSTLY SHE WANTED TO BUY A NINTENDO SWITCH - WHICH SHE DID HAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAH she got the Limited Edition Legend of Zelda pa! It was so beautiful!!!! Naglalaro lang talaga sya ng Solitaire! What a cutie patootie!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yeaaaaaah, I also had to fix something about my plan. I have the 3799 Platinum plan and it's been overcharging me like my monthly bill became 41**. My mom was ???? so I had to fix it. Okay what else OMG OKAYYYY finally found Takis here in the PH! Okay so that's a long-ish story.
Last August, we had a cousins trip in Singapore. Around April, my cousins & Yo were talking about going to SG just us cousins. Last year, we also went and stayed for like a week but it was the complete Macaraig fam, so the plan was just us cousins this 2025. I wasn't committing to anything because I thought I would be doing residency come August (dooooi) so I told them to just send me photos and videos. AUGUST CAAAAAME, Yo went to SG, so did our cousin from Australia. They videocalled on a Sunday and I was the only cousin missing!!!!! My mom felt so bad for me. She said sana she made me go na din. I was just feeling FOMO huhuhuhu. The next day (so, Monday), my mom was booking me a plane ticket in Singapore Airlines HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA tas she said, "okay gawin mo na na 14-day trip." I said, "Ma, okay lang kahit mga 1 week lang." I wasn't paying for anything so I kinda felt guilty but she insisted I make it 14 days and enjoy myself. HUHUHUHUHUHUHU I'm never beating the favorite child allegations hehe. So, anyway, by Wednesday, Macaraig cousins were complete in SG! It was so much fuuuuuuun! Thanks parents for my trip! I can't wait for other trips with the Macaraig bunch! (ALSO it was during this SG trip that we found out Chobani is Australian!!! Medj mindfucked kami HAHAHHAHAHAHAHA)
This was my IG story when I landed (ON MY OWN! Okay that's another story. It's the first time I flew to another country on my own. My mom was so nervous she kept on messaging me while I was waiting in the airport and told me to inform her what I'm doing, when I'm boarding huhuhu I love her so much! I was at the airport by 5 because my flight was like 7am?? And it's a good thing I was there early because the line for the travel tax was so fucking long. In hindsight, I should've paid online when my mom was booking my ticket) We're just 5 cousins on our dad's side. I'm the oldest and Gabby is the youngest. Although, we consider him and Raissa as the babies because they're born 2000s (Like 02 and 04??? Not sure)
ANYWAYYYYY, during that time, we got addicted to Takis! And we've been looking for it here in the PH. Raissa and Patrice found Takis in Marketplace but there's none in Marketplace RobMag. BUT TADAAAAAAAAH it's available in RobMag Supermarket.. for a whooping PHP189! It's kinda pricey because it's not the big one naman but oh well.
Then we went to Kultura at SM Dasma because there are going to be balikbayans from my mom's side and she bought stuff to give. There's a fucking brownout so we didn't have dinner there. We ate at Abaniko in Silang (my mom was saying "Pamaypay" tas Abaniko pala name nung resto HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA) GOOD SHIT GOOD SHIT! 10/10 would recommend!
